4. If we are meeting you in our Karratha office, we will see you there to finalise the tax return in person.
5. If we are meeting virtually, we will call you at your appointment time to finalise the return and send it through for signing electronically.
6. Once signed by you, we will lodge your tax return.
7. Your refund should come through in approximately 14 days (subject to ATO processing). Check your MyGov account for any correspondence.

2. Document Upload: You securely upload your tax documents through our secure questionnaire portal.
3. Review & Process: Review & Process: Our expert tax professionals conduct a thorough review of the uploaded documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, then process the your tax return based on information from you and the Australian Taxation Office prefill data.
4. Data Verification: Once the tax return is ready for signing, you will be notified to review and approve the prepared return through our secure online platform.
5. Lodgement: Once you have signed, your tax return will be lodged.
6. Completion: Your refund should come through in approximately 14 days (subject to ATO processing). Check your myGov account for any correspondence.
